Through the power of your own breath you will begin to renew the body at a cellular level, while freeing the mind and body of stress, anxiety, tension and more—bringing your whole being to a state of bliss. In these workshops you will receive information about Transformational Breath®, find out what your breathing pattern reveals about you and participate in a full breath session. Each session offers a different experience.
