Each session, as each person, is unique. Sessions can be scheduled for Transformational Breath® or WhaleBreathing. If you are unsure what is right for you, please reach out and ask. Regardless of the modality used, Mary quietly guides you to a place of optimal healing and insight.
Individual sessions are held at Mary's home office in Warrenville, IL.
Home visits are also available. If life or health circumstances make it difficult to leave your home, Mary can come to you for a session.
Payment plans and adjustments to the session charge can be made based on ability to pay.
Whale Reading

During a Whale Reading session, I will tune into your body and soul through breathwork and conduct a braille reading of your vibration. This process will provide guidance on any blockages within your body's energy flow, helping to ground and release those blockages. Please note that this is an energy reading guided by the whales and your vibration, not a psychic reading.
Here are the benefits of a Whale Reading:
The body possesses a magnetic field that is intertwined with the nervous and circulatory systems (blood flow). You may develop blockages within this magnetic field as you navigate through life. These blockages can create low vibrations, which may lead to feelings of fatigue, anxiety, pain, and exhaustion. By allowing yourself to release these blockages, you can achieve a better energy flow, raise your vibration, and experience greater vitality. Your vibration amplifies the experiences and stories that come into your life. You can create a higher vibration for yourself by eliminating these lower-density blockages. We open the door to a new path when we let go of these obstacles.
Distance Healing

Because the nature of WhaleBreathing is energetic, working on a higher plane of vibration, it is not essential that it be completed in person.
Distance healing sessions happen over the phone with Mary guiding the energy as you work together to heal and achieve harmony.
