Each session, as each person, is unique. Sessions can be scheduled for Transformational Breath® or WhaleBreathing. If you are unsure what is right for you, please reach out and ask. Regardless of the modality used, Mary quietly guides you to a place of optimal healing and insight.
Individual sessions are held at Mary's home office in Warrenville, IL.
Home visits are also available. If life or health circumstances make it difficult to leave your home, Mary can come to you for a session.
Payment plans and adjustments to the session charge can be made based on ability to pay.
Whale Reading
60 MINUTES $95 (in-person)

During a Whale Reading session, I'll tune into your body and soul through breathwork and conduct a braille reading of your vibration. This will provide guidance on any blockages within your body's energy flow, helping to ground and release those blockages. This is an energy reading guided by the whales and your vibration. (This is not a psychic reading).
Here are the benefits of a Whale Reading:
The body has a magnetic field that is intertwined with the nervous system and circulatory system (blood flow). As you go through life, you develop blockages in this magnetic field. Blockages can cause low vibration which may result in fatigue, anxiety, pain and exhaustion. If you allow yourself to release these blockages, you create a better flow, your vibration changes and you feel more vitality. Your vibration magnifies the experience and stories that come into your life. If you get rid of those lower density blockages, you are creating a higher vibration for yourself. When we allow ourselves to let go of this, we create a new path forward.
Distance Healing
90 MINUTES $210 (virtual)
Because the nature of WhaleBreathing is energetic, working on a higher plane of vibration, it is not essential that it be completed in person.
Distance healing sessions happen over the phone with Mary guiding the energy as you work together to heal and achieve harmony.
