This yoga class is open to all ages and levels and will focus on present moment awareness. Classes begin with a short meditation and transition into conscious and gentle movements that take us to different asanas (postures). As a deeper connection with our inner nature is established, relaxation, flexibility, and strength develop. Over these ten weeks we will also explore the Yoga Sutras which will be the basis for meditation and practices that you can use in your daily life.

WhaleBreathing helps increase the awareness of your inner voice. As that clarity opens up, so does your ability to stand in your strength to find your own power and authentic self.
